Fun With Bob and Larry

Tonight Payten and I went to see Bob and Larry at the Chick-Fil-A by our house. Payten was beside herself and was in awe that Bob and Larry were there. She stood and looked at them for over 30 minutes. Finally I had talked her into believing that it was there bed time and that we had to go so they could go to bed..... So she thinks that Bob and Larry were really tired and that their mommy told them it was bed time too. :) She had so much fun and it was so cute to watch her laughing and a couple times Larry took her blanket and played with her. She also stole a kiss from Bob the Tomato. I think she will be talking about it for days. Enjoy the pics!

Mommy's Little Helper

Payten loves to help me do the dishes! She pulls her little chair up and will wash bowls, cups and silverware for hours. I have to make her get down and do something else. The other day I had just got all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, so she decided to get every clean spoon, fork, and tupperware out of the drawers and wash them. I couldn't help but think it was so cute that she was imitating me. I told her in 10 years we are going to look at these pictures and laugh when she is complaining about how she hates doing the dishes. :) Congrats Chris and Jenn on your new precious baby boy who decided he wanted to grace his presence in the world 5 weeks early!!! And praise Jesus he was completly healthy and over 5lbs. God is so good! I can't wait to meet the little guy. Hopefully we will make it to Oklahoma soon. Here are a couple pictures of my new dining room. I thought that I was just getting the dining room table and chairs but Matt surprised me and got me the cabinet as well. I was so excited to get out all my China and finally have a place for all of our wine glasses. Everything was still wrapped up in moving boxes. Now the trick is keeping it looking nice with a toddler who likes to ride her tricycle in the house and a cat who loves to jump on top of the table and sleep on it!

Payten and Jonah

Well it has been quite a while since I have written on my blog. Things have been crazy around the Pregler house. Hannah and Jonah came to see us for a night and let me tell you the kids were CRAZY together. Payten was sooo excited to see him.... she acted up the entire day. She acted like I had given her a dozen spoonfulls of sugar... which I did not do!!!!! :) They had so much fun together and I definitely think they remembered each other. Here they are swimming in the bath tub with their clothes on.....which they did twice by the way. Hannah and I were in the kitchen talking and all of a sudden it got really quiet and we heard them laughing. We knew they were into something....and of course they were. I was kinda mad b/c water was everywhere, but they were having so much fun. They had cups and were throwing water on each other and they both found it to be hilarous!!!! And after the day Payten had she was fast alseep in 5 mintues. She was sooo exhausted. After the kids fell asleep Hannah and I went out for dinner at Los Cucos. She was craving Mexican so we had fajitas and wonderful conversation. It's amazing that Hannah and I don't talk a whole lot and it seems whenever we do get together we pick up right where we left off. So..... I got paint to paint Paytie's walls tomorrow and I am painting her "payten" letters an expresso brown and her walls a light green color. I hope it turns out cute. I will post pictures of the finished product.

Christmas Recap

Here are some pictures that were taken over the Christmas Holiday. Thanks everyone for a wonderful Christmas..... the week was so much fun and we really enjoyed visiting and catching up with all of our family. I must say it was nice to get back to warmer weather. It has been in the 70's here and everything is still green with the sun shining most days!!!! I will update more later.....I have to go cook dinner. Thanks again for everything. Payten has been playing with her new toys non-stop. I don't know what to do with all her toys. I think I am going to put some up for a while and get them back out in a couple months and then she will think she got some new toys.
