(Two frogs at one time)...poor frogs!!
Payten loves frogs! She loves them because "they will let her catch them and because they are beautiful". She also "loves to jump with the frogs". Yes...the statements above are word for word from Payten. I asked her what she loved about frogs and that is exactly what she said . About 3-4 nights a week I will take the kids running in the jogging stroller and Payten will ride her bike for about 10 minutes and then Payten hunts for frogs. She has caught atleast 10 so far. We let her play with the frogs for 10-15 minutes and then we make her come in and wash her hands, take a bath and then get ready for bed. One time she brought in a baby frog and Matt let her put it in a container. A few minutes later we went into her room and the frog wasn't in the bowl. I wasn't very happy! LOL Anyway, we found the frog under her bed. So from now on the rules are the frogs stay outside where God intended them to live! The pics below are from two seperate nights. And of course Brayden can't help himself. He has to do everything that Payten does, so now they both hunt for frrogs. It's pretty cute to see her just playing with the frogs and talking to them. She LOVES animals SO much! She tells me all the time that she wants to be an animal doctor when she grows up. And I am all for it! OSU BABY! :) I love that she has dreams at such an early age.....who knows, maybe she will be one and maybe she might do something else, but I wouldn't be surprised. |

She is so happy in all these pictures! This girl that is all she wants to do is play with animals!!! It's so precious to see her face light up with such simple things! That is what life is all about....the simple things in life! :) The older I get the more I come to realize this.
.Brayden is jumping in on the fun. They both ended up in the bushes looking for frogs. Not me though.....frogs are NOT my thing!
Such happy kids...doing things they both love....playing and getting dirty! Brayden got to touch a frog for the first time here and he was pretty happy about it. Too CUTE!
